What We Do
All services are performed in your home. Every visit begins with our base diagnostic fee — the rest adds on from there.
Base visit fee: $50 — This covers travel and a full diagnosis or recommendation, whether or not a repair is performed. This fee is non-refundable once we arrive at your home. All service prices below are in addition to the base fee.
Seniors 65 and older receive a 10% discount on all services. Just mention it when booking.
Prices listed are standard rates. Some jobs may vary in complexity — we will always discuss and agree on any additional costs before work begins. No surprises.
Our pricing reflects current market conditions and may be updated from time to time. The rates in effect at the time of your booking will always be confirmed with you before your visit.
Hardware parts not included. Customer must supply the part.

Tech Made Human primarily specializes in Windows-based systems. While we are happy to assist with macOS devices on a range of tasks, our capabilities on Apple systems may be more limited in scope. We will always be upfront with you before any work begins if a request falls outside what we can confidently service.
Parts and hardware components are not included in our service pricing. Our fees cover the technician's time and labor only.
Prior to any service involving your device's data, storage, or software, we will ask you to review and sign a simple service agreement. This protects you by clearly outlining the scope of work and setting shared expectations — and it protects us by ensuring every job starts with clarity and mutual understanding. We believe good work starts with good communication.
